Hi, I’m Michiko stas.

Maybe life looks fine on the outside. You’re showing up, staying productive, being "functional." But inside? You’re quietly desperate. Restless. Burned out. You’ve tried all the things — yoga, meditation, productivity hacks — and still, the sense of peace you crave keeps slipping away.

What if stillness wasn’t about stopping, but about returning? Returning to your rhythm. Your wholeness. Yourself.

This is integrative coaching for people who are done chasing clarity and ready to embody it. You don’t need to do less. You just need to do more of you.
And sometimes, that means doing less — with intention, with rhythm, with space.

Integration is digestion for the soul. Let’s slow down, so you can finally feel what’s been inside you all along.

My Approach

Most of us are exhausted — not just from doing too much, but from doing without clarity. Burnout is often the result of chasing expectations that were never truly ours to begin with. My approach to coaching helps you realign to your intrinsic rhythm through integration — not by adding more to your plate, but by learning how to be with what’s already there. Integration is digestion for the soul. It’s how we make meaning from experience. When we sit with what feels disjointed or overwhelming, we stop wasting energy trying to "fix" ourselves and start living with intention, rhythm, and deep respect for our own life force.

the work

Working with me feels like entering a wide, open space — one where honesty is welcome, curiosity is the guide, and there’s no pressure to perform. I don’t offer prescriptions or programs to follow; I offer presence. I use practices like relational meditation, Taoist breathwork, and the principles of pleasure activism to help you hear yourself more clearly. My role isn’t to lead from the front or push from behind, but to walk beside you. Clients often find themselves saying things they’ve never said out loud — not because I ask the perfect question, but because they finally feel safe enough to listen inward.

Over time, this work transforms how you move through life. You begin to hear your own rhythms. You start choosing your actions with care, not from obligation. You understand which goals actually matter — and when it’s okay not to have any. Clients describe feeling more grounded, focused, and spacious. Like following a butterfly off the path, only to stumble upon a hidden stream, a stone that catches the light just so, a crow that carries it away — and then an unexpected reunion with a long-lost friend who needed you in that exact moment. There’s no script. Just a deeper trust in yourself, and the rhythm of your life.
